Play in Pink is the competition promoter.
The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of the NCBRI and its board members, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
Prize consists of 1 x Team of 3 to for the KPMG Women's Irish Open.
All players must be available to play and have an official Golf Ireland handicap of less than 30.
To enter the competition entrants must donate through www.proaminpink.com between Tuesday 6th September and Thursday 15th September at 12 noon.
All people who have donated during these dates will be entered into a draw and the winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be contacted on Friday 16th September.
Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Should the winner be uncontactable after 3 attempts within 24 hours, or unavailable to play the prize will be forfeit and another winner will be chosen.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold the prize without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
All internet connection charges shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
The information, including personal data, which participants submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by the Promoter to run the promotion including contacting the winner.
By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winner in relation to the Promotion and the prize to be awarded.
